development: Sol Properties
residential development in Downtown Dubai dubbed Solara Tower in
partnership with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, according to a press
release
complex, including restaurants, fitness centers, spas and wellness
centers. Construction is scheduled to begin this year, and is slated for
completion in 3Q 2027.
