Raja Al Mazrouei, CEO of ECI, said the agreement demonstrates both agencies’ commitment to supporting exporters and investors through shared expertise and collaboration.
“This partnership represents a significant milestone in our mission to empower UAE exporters and investors with the confidence and tools to expand globally,” she said.
“By leveraging our combined expertise in trade credit and risk management, we aim to unlock new opportunities in high-growth markets and contribute to the long-term economic
resilience of both nations.”

Under the MoU, ECI and Sinosure will cooperate on joint financing of export and investment projects, exchange of market intelligence and ESG best practices, and facilitation of mutual
access to the UAE and Chinese markets. The partnership will also explore joint opportunities in third markets, aligned with both agencies’ national development strategies.
The agreement underscores the UAE’s ongoing efforts to expand economic partnerships across Asia and reflects the growing strategic importance of China as one of the country’s
largest global trading partners.
