MSCI implements periodic changes to Saudi market today

MSCI Inc., the provider of research-based indexes and analytics, implements today, May 30,
its changes to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) according to its quarterly review of indices
carried out on May 14.

As per the requirements of global index managers, the changes will be implemented today
during the closing auction and trade-at-last sessions, as May 31 is a Friday (a day off).

SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. was added to the MSCI Global Standard Index, while

seven others were added to Saudi Arabia Small Cap Index, namely Al-Babtain Power and
Telecommunication Co., Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co., The Mediterranean and Gulf
Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF), Middle East Pharmaceutical Industries Co.

(Avalon Pharma), Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC), Middle East Paper Co. (MEPCO)
and Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co.
