Understanding (MoU) to collaboratively expand the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the United Arab
Emirates. This forward-thinking partnership represents a pivotal stride in advancing the nation’s Net Zero 2050 vision,
reinforcing the UAE’s leadership in sustainable innovation, clean transportation, and environmental stewardship.

Under this partnership, 7X and UAEV will work hand in hand to build a robust, accessible, and future-ready charging
network that meets the rapidly growing demand for electric vehicles. The MoU outlines joint efforts to deploy fast-
charging stations, integrate smart grid technology, and establish AI-powered management systems to optimize energy
distribution and enhance charging efficiency. By combining expertise in infrastructure development and electric mobility,
both entities aim to accelerate EV adoption nationwide, paving the way for a greener, cleaner transport ecosystem.
