a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Emarat EV Charging Stations Company PJSC (UAEV). This collaboration

was announced during GITEX Global 2025. The MoU outlines a cooperative framework to develop and promote electric

vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure throughout the UAE. This initiative aims to speed up the shift to eco-friendly fleets and
enhance sustainable mobility solutions across the nation.

The agreement aligns with the UAE's strategic goals to promote clean transportation and achieve national sustainability

targets. It also integrates digital innovation through 'Wayn', a secure digital P.O. Box that enhances official communication

and service delivery. By leveraging its National Network for Logistics (NXN) and logistics arm EMX, 7X will assist UAEV in
accelerating EV adoption using its extensive network of service branches across all emirates.
