Dubai, UAE – The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) and the Dubai Center
for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) have united forces to support the groundbreaking ‘One Million
Prompters’ initiative. This collaboration aims to reinforce Dubai’s role as a global AI talent hub and
premier destination for AI investment.

Announced at the prestigious AI Retreat 2024, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan
bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative aligns with Dubai’s Universal Blueprint for
Artificial Intelligence (DUB.AI). Launched by His Highness, the ‘One Million Prompters’ initiative
targets the upskilling of a million individuals in prompt engineering over three years.
