Ajman DED remarked that these agreements focus on knowledge sharing,
business development, and trade facilitation. They streamline company
entry processes, support industrial zones, and organize joint exhibitions. A
notable initiative under the agreements is the ‘Chongqing Cars Go Global’
project. It aims at opening car showrooms and industrial assembly lines in
Ajman.
The MoUs also call for forming joint committees, holding regular meetings,
and appointing liaison officers to ensure seamless coordination. Areas of
cooperation include smart transformation, industrial innovation, economic
data exchange, and fostering academic partnerships.
These MoUs reflect the UAE leadership’s commitment to building a
resilient, knowledge-based economy driven by international collaboration.
