Ajman, May 18 ( WAM) Masfout City in Ajman is undergoing a significant transformation through

a series of development projects that blend modern infrastructure with heritage preservation. These
projects aim to improve living standards and attract investment.

Spearheaded by the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department in cooperation with the Emirates
Council for Balanced Development, the initiatives focus on economic growth, tourism promotion,

and service improvement while maintaining the city’s natural and cultural identity.

Since 2022, Masfout has seen major infrastructure upgrades, including constructing and lighting 46

kilometres of internal roads and improvements to key routes like the Masfout-Dibba Road. These

projects enhance connectivity and support regional development. Utilities have also been

modernized to ensure reliable electricity and water services.
