Al Ansari announces Dh157.5 million interim cash dividend for 2024

DUBAI (WAM)
Al Ansari Financial Services PJSC (the “Company”) has announced that its
Board of Directors has approved an interim cash dividend for the first half of
2024 amounting to Dh157.5 million, equivalent to 2.10 fils per share.
The last date for dividend entitlement is September 26, 2024, with the ex-
dividend date set for September 27, 2024.
The registry will close on September 30, 2024, and the dividend distribution
will take place on October 16, 2024.
The approved dividend aligns with the Company’s dividend policy and the
authorisation granted by shareholders at the General Assembly Meeting held
on March 19, 2024, reflecting the Company’s commitment to delivering value
