Al Ansari Financial Services reports a 2023 net profit of AED 495 million

In accordance with the 2023 dividend policy of the Group, a minimum dividend of AED 600 million (8 fils
per share) will be distributed, resulting in an annual dividend yield of 7.74% based on the share price of
AED 1.03. In November 2023, the Group disbursed a cash dividend of AED 300 million (4 fils per share)

for the first half of the year. The remaining portion of the 2023 dividend, amounting to AED 300 million (4
fils per share), is scheduled for payment in April 2024. These proposed dividends await approval from
shareholders during the upcoming General Assembly Meeting as recommended by the Company's
Board of Directors. The dividend policy for subsequent years outlines a commitment to distribute a

minimum of 70% of distributable profits. This dividend strategy reflects the Group's robust financial
position and its confidence in generating substantial cash flows in the future.
