H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi emphasized that the Talent 2033 project

underscores DGHR's commitment to equipping human resources with the necessary tools

to meet future demands. He noted that the project is crucial for achieving Dubai’s

ambitious development goals and strategies, following a roadmap designed to ready

national cadres for future roles in both public and private sectors. The initiative also seeks

to position Dubai as a global hub for talent and creativity, align educational outcomes with

future job requirements, and strengthen the analytical infrastructure of Dubai’s

governmental operations.

Before launching the Talent 2033 project, DGHR held several meetings with government

and private entities to foster cooperation and develop a unified vision for the future
workforce in Dubai.
