        Under the agreement, EHRDC and e& will work together to boost job

        opportunities for Emiratis in Dubai, highlighting the private sector’s key role in


        sustainable economic growth. The partnership will launch specialized training

        programs to build national talent across e&’s diverse sectors. It will also leverage

        e&’s expertise to enable knowledge transfer, preparing Emiratis for success in

        future-focused industries.




        The agreement places particular focus on developing Emirati capabilities in

        technical, digital, and knowledge-based sectors, aligning with the UAE Centennial


        Plan 2071 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, both of which prioritize

        investment in national talent to drive innovation-led growth.
