along. Communication is key to success for everyone.
Speaking of the most rewarding part of her job. Spencer added, “In
the Middle East, I love working with people from different
backgrounds, skills, and goals. It is a very diverse group of people
from all walks of life. In particular, as a manager, I have enjoyed
mentoring my team and watching them grow. I am very proud to see
many of my team pursue roles in management, project management,
and technical leads.”
