(MENAFN- Mid-East) HE Bin Touq: Investopia – Chennai is creating new economic and investment

opportunities for the UAE and Indian business communities. It supports our shared vision of moving
towards an economic model based on knowledge and innovation.

The event is attended by over 300 participants, including economists, entrepreneurs and
investors.

A new version of the Investopia Global Talks was launched in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with the
aim of strengthening the economic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic

of India in emerging and sustainable economic sectors, particularly in the areas of logistics,
advanced industries, entrepreneurship, SMEs, environment and investment.

The event was organised by Investopia in collaboration with the Government of Tamil Nadu and the
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in the presence of HE Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of

Economy and Chairman of Investopia; HE Alia bint Abdulla Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for
Entrepreneurship; Dr TRB Rajaa, Minister of Industry, Investment Promotion and Trade,

Government of Tamil Nadu; HE Sunjay Sudhir, Ambassador of India to the UAE; and R Dinesh,
President, CII. It was attended by over 300 participants, including investors, entrepreneurs,

economists and representatives of leading companies from the UAE and the Indian private sector.

HE Bin Touq highlighted Investopia’s key role in strengthening the UAE’s efforts to transition to a
new economic model based on knowledge and innovation, given its focus on promoting investment

and expansion in new and sustainable economic sectors. It also facilitates productive economic
partnerships with governments and the private sector in those critical areas where dialogues have
