Abu dhabi -- 19 Dec 2024 (Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange) Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has announced a
strategic collaboration with 7X, a prominent trade, transport, and logistics investment and holding group, to integrate the
'Wayn' digital P.O. Box service into its operations. This partnership aims to enhance ADX's service offerings and
engagement with issuers and investors. The official announcement was made on December 19, 2024.

The collaboration is part of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two entities, aligning with the
UAE's national digital transformation strategy. The 'Wayn' platform will provide ADX and its stakeholders with a secure
framework for the receipt of shipments and official correspondences, alongside efficient management of documents. This
integration is expected to bolster the cybersecurity landscape of ADX, which presently boasts a portfolio of over 100 listed
companies and 1.10 million investors.
According to information available from the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the 'Wayn' platform, developed by 7X,
is the UAE's only dedicated digital P.O. Box service. It offers a seamless and innovative solution to postal services,
ensuring secure communication between government entities, private sector organizations, and individuals. The platform
links users' digital addresses to their verified national ID or National Economic Register (NER) data, safeguarding against
risks such as phishing and cyber fraud.
Abdulla Salem Alnuaimi, Group CEO of ADX, highlighted the significance of this collaboration by stating, "At ADX, we are
committed to embracing innovation and technology that add value to the marketplace while upholding the highest
standards of security and efficiency." The integration of 'Wayn' is seen as a pivotal move in advancing ADX's cybersecurity
capabilities and supporting Abu Dhabi's digital transformation blueprint.
Abdulla Mohammed Alashram, Group CEO of 7X, emphasized the importance of secure communication in on 19
December 2024 digital age. He noted that the partnership with ADX exemplifies a commitment to establishing a trusted
and verified correspondence system, reinforcing the UAE's vision for a digitally interconnected ecosystem.

The 'Wayn' platform, accredited by the UAE Cybersecurity Council as a 'Secure Digital Communication Channel,' is part of
a broader initiative to strengthen the UAE's digital transformation agenda. By simplifying document handling and employing
an automated archiving system, ADX aims to enhance security through advanced encryption and identity verification,
further cementing its role as a leader in the global digital economy.
