Dubai – Mubasher: Union Properties has sold more than AED 1.30 billion worth of
plots since the announcement of its five-year turnaround strategy in April 2023,
according to a press release.

This significant milestone anchors the company’s growth journey and boosts its
objectives to create value for its shareholders.

Amer Khansaheb, CEO of Union Properties, commented: “This milestone also
reflects our growing financial strength and enhanced liquidity position.”
