The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region witnessed 10 IPOs in the first quarter of 2024,
raising $1.2 billion, with the share offerings limited to Saudi Arabia and the UAE markets. UAE-

based Parkin Company raised the highest proceeds in the region in the January-March period with

$400 million on Dubai Financial Market (DFM), contributing 37.2% of the total IPO value.
