Alef Education Holding is indirectly majority-owned by Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), one of the largest
institutional investors in the Middle East. The shares to be offered via the IPO represent those held by Tech Nova
Investment – Sole Proprietorship llc and Kryptonite Investments LLC, the company said.
Alef added the company will not receive proceeds from the offering.
The f inal offering price will be determined through a bookbuilding period to be held between May 28 and June 5,
with shares expected to start trading on June 12.
