DUBAI, May 20 (Reuters) -Alef Education, which provides technology-powered education products and
services, said on Monday it plans to list a 20% stake on the Abu Dhabi stock exchange.

Tech Nova Investment, Sole Proprietorship and Kryptonite Investments intend to offer 1.4 billion shares
representing 20% of its share capital, Alef said in statement adding it will not receive proceeds from the offering.

The final offering price will be determined through a bookbuilding period to be held between May 28 and June
5, with shares expected to start trading on June 12.

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) was named listing adviser and is also acting as joint lead manager and joint
bookrunner together with EFG Hermes UAE.
