Dubai Judicial Institute And Morocco’s Institut Supérieur De La Magistrature Sign MoU For Legal
Training Collaboration

The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with
Morocco's Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature. This agreement aims to enhance the exchange of
legal knowledge and expertise through training programs and specialised seminars. The focus will
be on judicial matters and areas of mutual interest, fostering collaboration between the two
institutions.
During a virtual meeting, Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi, Director-General of DJI, and Judge
Abdelhanine Touzani, Director-General of the Moroccan institute, formalised this agreement. The
MoU aims to promote the sharing of academic resources like publications and periodicals. It also
seeks to advance legal research and studies at both institutes.
Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. She stated that
DJI is committed to strengthening ties with leading judicial institutions. "We are delighted to sign
this MoU with the Institut Supérieur de la Magistrature of the Kingdom of Morocco to set up a
framework for bilateral collaboration and combine our efforts to improve training programmes," she
said.
The agreement also includes coordinating mutual field visits. This initiative aims to empower the
