Dubai stock exchange completes Dh38.6

million major share transactions
DFM has sealed transactions with Al Ansari and Ajman Bank.

The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has completed three significant transactions involving Al Ansari Financial
Services and Ajman Bank, amounting to Dh38.6 million across 35 million shares.

The first transaction involved 29.1 million shares of Al Ansari, valued at Dh28.5 million, with each share priced at
Dh0.97 in a single trade.

The second transaction included 5.95 million shares of Ajman Bank, valued at Dh10.17 million, executed at Dh1.71
per share across two trades.

These large direct transactions are conducted outside the regular order book, meaning they do not affect the
closing price, price index, or the highest and lowest prices recorded during the trading session or the past year.
