DGHR And Dubai AI Campus Join Forces To Advance AI-Powered

        Workforce Development In Dubai

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai AI Campus—an initiative
by Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the largest AI-focused hub in the region—to accelerate workforce development through artificial
intelligence. The agreement aims to empower over 10,000 individuals by 2030 with AI skills essential for future-ready public and private sector roles.

This strategic partnership is part of Dubai’s broader vision to become a global hub for innovation and advanced technology. It aligns with the goals of the
Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) to build a sustainable knowledge economy by leveraging emerging technologies and strengthening human capital
        development.

The collaboration will focus on creating and delivering a wide range of AI training and education programs tailored to industry-specific needs. These
initiatives will cover practical applications of AI, real-world case studies, hands-on training, and mentorship programs for various workforce segments,
including senior executives and mid-level managers.
H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, said:
"At DGHR, we view investing in human capital as essential to achieving our leadership’s vision of positioning Dubai as a global leader in innovation and
knowledge-based economies. This partnership is a significant step toward empowering the workforce with AI skills and driving sustainable economic and
        social development."

As part of the initiative, a flagship training program titled ‘AI for Civil Service’ will be introduced. This program will focus on equipping government
employees with generative AI capabilities to improve the efficiency and innovation of public services. Participants will also be encouraged to present AI-
driven project ideas, which will be evaluated by a committee comprising representatives from DIFC, Udacity, and industry experts.
Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC, emphasized the importance of aligning efforts across government sectors to achieve technological leadership:
"The development of a future-ready workforce is fundamental to Dubai’s ambitions. This partnership underlines the critical role of cross-sector
collaboration in equipping talent with advanced AI competencies to foster economic growth and global competitiveness."

Additional initiatives under the agreement include:

        Residency training programs

        Career mentorship and coaching
        Specialised workshops and seminars
