Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of
Economy of the UAE, met with Greg Hands, British Minister of State for
the Department for Business, Energy Industrial Strategy, to explore new
avenues for enhancing economic and investment cooperation between
the two nations. The meeting, held during a UAE delegation’s visit to the
UK for Investopia London on January 31, 2024, aimed to foster deeper
collaboration at both the governmental and private sector levels.
Bin Touq highlighted the exemplary strategic ties and exceptional
economic partnership between the UAE and the UK, driven by visionary
leadership in both countries. The UAE expressed its commitment to
strengthening economic cooperation, particularly in emerging sectors
