Education and Emiratisation: A path to sustainable development

His Highness Sheikh Humaid emphasized that integrating education and Emiratisation is crucial for
sustainable development. He highlighted the role of higher education institutions in Ajman,
particularly Ajman University, in producing academically and practically qualified graduates for the

evolving labour market.

Youth as a pillar of national growth
The Ruler affirmed that investing in youth is a cornerstone of national progress, describing national

talent as the true wealth of the UAE’s future.
Crown Prince of Ajman emphasises continued collaboration

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed the need for ongoing coordination
between Ajman’s government and the Ministry to advance human development and Emiratisation

efforts, in support of the country’s comprehensive and sustainable development goals.
Success of Emiratisation in the private sector

The Crown Prince highlighted the achievements of the Nafis initiative, noting that over 6,700 Ajman
nationals have joined the private sector across the UAE. He also pointed out the remarkable rise in

Emirati women’s participation, which now stands at 70%, demonstrating their growing contribution
to the nation's development.
