This year’s exhibition highlights the ministry’s commitment to supporting the UAE’s digital

transformation initiatives.

Key initiatives on display include the 'Smart Communication Platform,' 'Innovation

Platform,' 'Digital Service Platform,' as well as advanced electronic and remote voting
systems.

Tariq Hilal Lootah, Under-Secretary of the MFNCA, emphasized that participation in

GITEX underscores the ministry's dedication to enhancing the UAE's development and

leadership through innovative practices.

The 'Smart Communication Platform' serves as an integrated digital archive for the

ministry's media resources, enabling employees to easily access and share important

documents. Additionally, the 'Innovation Platform' invites suggestions to improve the

workplace environment, fostering a culture of innovation among staff.

The 'Digital Services Platform' centralizes all employee-related services into a user-

friendly electronic interface, enhancing operational efficiency. Moreover, the showcased

electronic and remote voting systems enable voters to participate in the Federal National

Council elections from anywhere in the world, ensuring the electoral process's integrity,

transparency, and security.

The MFNCA's presence at GITEX Global 2024 reflects its ongoing efforts to elevate

political awareness and increase participation in parliamentary life, showcasing how digital

systems can transform public engagement in the UAE's governance.
