The buoyant tourism sector’s contribution to the UAE’s national economy is
expected to rise to Dh236 billion in 2024, positioning the country right on
track to achieve its goal of boosting tourism’s GDP share to Dh450 billion by
2031, according to the country's Minister of Economy.
Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, speaking at the World Economic Forum in Riyadh,

said the tourism sectors’ share in the country’s gross domestic product grew
