addressing issues like data locality, model governance, infrastructure cost, and integration
        with existing enterprise systems?

If we look at what our customers are facing right now, they are entering the AI era with numerous
challenges, from a shortage of skills to a wide variety of solutions and complexities in the market.
Currently, there is no single solution that can handle all aspects from training, testing, and securing to
        building models.

What Red Hat provides is a single, unified platform that helps customers run large language models,
small models, predictive AI, generative AI, and even agentic AI, because that’s the future. Our platform
enables seamless integration between applications and AI models using the same environment and
        skillset.

We also ensure strong collaboration between operations, security, MLOps, data science, and data
engineering teams. Security is embedded throughout the process, as we, at Red Hat, believe it must
come first, even before building any application or model. We make sure the environment, integration,
and customer applications are secure, well-integrated, fully functional, and scalable.

The challenge is not only in building models, but also in running inference across different hardware
types, whether it be NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, or others. Red Hat provides customers with the flexibility to
choose the hardware or alliances that best fit their needs.

With the emphasis on edge computing during your GITEX showcase, which industries in MEA
are you seeing the most demand for edge deployments?

We are seeing strong traction in this area, especially among smart city, telco, and oil and gas
customers. These organizations are looking to manage their remote branches through a unified
solution, a single pane of glass that allows them to monitor how applications or AI models at the edge
are performing, integrating, and reporting back.

In such setups, immediate action is often required from either the application or the AI model. We
provide customers with solutions that can run independently while remaining fully integrated at remote
        branches.

This is one of Red Hat’s key strengths. We have specialized teams that help customers design and
architect these solutions, enabling them to benefit from the high flexibility of our platform to efficiently
        manage remote branches and applications.

For enterprise clients, success often depends on local support, services, and system
integrators. How is Red Hat building or evolving its B2B partner and channel ecosystem in
MEA to ensure post-sale support, integration, and innovation?

Let’s start by talking about our partners and ecosystem. We have a very mature partner ecosystem
program that provides partners with everything they need to support their customers from technical
support to technology resources and pre-sales assistance.

We also help customers and partners follow a complete training path across our entire product
portfolio, including emerging technologies, cloud-native solutions, and AI technologies. This end-to-
end training enables them to build next-generation applications, AI models, and generative AI
        solutions.
