“Dubai Farms” program to support national farmers

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of
Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, said through his official account on the
social networking site “X”, previously “Twitter”, today we launched the “Dubai Farms”
program to support citizen farmers in the emirate… The program aims to Developing
and advancing local agriculture… through an integrated project supervised by Dubai
Municipality.

His Highness added, “Agriculture is the future of sustainability for Dubai. Our
responsibility is to ensure the best elements of a decent life for the people of Dubai and
future generations in accordance with Dubai Social Agenda 33. With the visions of His
Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai will become one of the
most sustainable cities in the world, and the best for living and living.” .
