Dubai is Getting a New Community Shopping

Sobha Realty, the top real estate developer in Dubai, will construct a new community

mall in Sobha Hartland for Dh210 million. The mall’s construction is expected to be

finished in the second half of 2026, having already begun.

The project will have a built-up area of about 339,000 square feet and a gross leasable

area of about 115,000 square feet. It will include a supermarket, a gym, play courts, a

soft play/entertainment zone, and several restaurants offering a wide variety of food

options. In addition to 35 retail stores and F&B establishments, there will be more than

ten dining options.
