Sobha Realty has initiated the development of an exclusive shopping centre within its premier Sobha
Hartland community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
With an investment of Dh210m ($57.16m), the project aims to integrate retail offerings with the tranquillity of
a park setting, designed to enhance the experience for both residents and visitors.
This initiative represents Sobha Realty’s strategic entry into the retail market in the UAE, underscoring its
pledge to deliver superior residential experiences.

The forthcoming centre is being designed to ‘redefine’ the concept of a high-end shopping destination,
marrying elements of nature, culture, and leisure.
It is being designed with consumer convenience and modern demands in mind.
