of about 115,000 square feet, will host an array of amenities. These include a supermarket, gym,
play courts, a soft play/entertainment zone, and a variety of dining options. The development will
feature 35 retail shops and dining outlets, establishing it as a new gastronomic hub in the
community.

building materials. The inclusion of a skylight roof will allow natural light to flood the interior,
