further, the city is set to welcome a new addition. Sobha Realty, a prominent global luxury real estate developer, has

commenced construction on a unique mall for its flagship community, Sobha Hartland. With an estimated investment
of Dhs 210 million, the project combines vibrant retail spaces with the tranquillity of an urban park, promising
exceptional experiences for both residents and visitors alike. The mall is expected to be completed by the second

half of 2026.

The new mall is meticulously designed to set unparalleled standards for luxury, seamlessly blending nature, culture,

Covering approximately 339,000 square feet in built-up area and a gross leasable area of about 115,000 square feet,

and a diverse array of restaurants offering varied cuisines. The mall will accommodate 35 retail shops and food and
beverage outlets, including over 10 unique dining venues, establishing itself as a premier gastronomic destination
within the community.
