feet, the project will host a range of amenities including a supermarket, gym, play courts, a soft play/entertainment

zone, and a diverse array of restaurants offering varied cuisines. The mall will accommodate 35 retail shops and

food and beverage outlets, including over 10 unique dining venues, establishing itself as a premier gastronomic
destination within the community.
