  Dear Post University Associate,
Welcome to the Post University community! You were selected to join the community because we believe you possess the values necessary to thrive in a highly collaborative, collegial, fast pace and fun environment.... a service-obsessive environment, whether that is in service to your colleagues or our students. We are providing this Handbook to you as a roadmap to guide you towards an understanding of life within the Post community, and the non-negotiable behaviors required to experience an extraordinary career at Post University (see next page). Although this Handbook contains certain guidelines to promote behavior that fosters extraordinary interactions with colleagues and students, the use of good judgment in doing the right thing cannot be emphasized enough. Having clarity of our purpose and embracing “extraordinary” in how you carry out your individual role is essential to ensure that our collective extraordinary behaviors manifest in what’s most important –happy and proud associates serving happy and proud students.

In brief, we hope this Handbook answers most of your questions about the Post Experience. Periodically, based on your influence or regulatory changes, our policies and practices may need to be altered, and so too will this Handbook; however, your colleagues, the leadership team and the Associate Experience team are always available to address any questions.
