How We Get Results
The Walline’s called us after seeing Rachel’s House Hunters episode on HGTV. We coordinated and stayed in touch with them for a year. Meeting with them in the very beginning to come up with a plan to update their home over time. One of the reasons it took a year was that their home was on a one of a kind lot with mature plantings that bloom beautifully in early spring. We wanted to make sure the home was on the market when it would look it’s best. We took fantastic photos of the home that admittedly had some challenges, like a 3rd bedroom that would fit a twin sized bed at best and no garage. The main focus in our marketing was the yard. We had Mrs. Walline make a map of the plantings, their names and when they bloomed. We laminated that for prospective buyers. Mr. Walline is an amazing photographer and he shared photos taken over the years of humming birds, other critters and gorgeous buds. We made a photo book out of it to leave in the home.
The focus paid off! The new owner of the home is a landscape architect!
We listed the home and quickly received 6 offers! SOLD at $49,000 over list price!
