“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Rachel, Trish, and their entire team were SUPERB in the recent sale of our Clyde Hill area home. We were in a sticky situation as we needed to relocate fast to another state, and Rachel and Trish simply said “...let us worry about the details!”.... and boy did they perform like true professionals. Not only did we get a great above-asking-price contract, but they managed a number of details to get the house ready to sell (eg: complete floor refinishing, staging, painting and touch ups, etc.) that we simply couldn’t because we had already moved out of state. My wife and I were so thankful we chose this team to manage our sale process. We’ve sold 7 houses in our past and this, by far, was the best experience we’ve ever had.
