During our initial meeting we’ll discuss
the price range, strategy and comparables.
Step 2
Then we’ll get to work preparing your home for sale.
Step 3
Once any projects, staging, etc. are complete we’ll repeat the initial process to determine
a list price. Quite often this price ends up being higher than the initial range discussed because of new data points and all of your hard work!
