Royal Liverpool Philharmonic has announced a new three-year
partnership with The Karlsson Játiva Charitable Foundation after
being awarded a grant from the Foundation’s Signatur

Programme in support of In Harmony Liverpool.

In Harmony Liverpool’s vision is a healthier, higher achieving future
for North Liverpool. Launched in 2009 and supporting over 4,000
children, young people and their families in Anfield and Everton, the
programme is targeted at children with the greatest need – over

40% of In Harmony children are classed as living in poverty.

This long-term community programme is central to Liverpool
Philharmonic’s mission to enhance and transform lives through
music. Through the provision of free musical, pastoral, and skills

education, In Harmony inspires children, young people and their
families to celebrate their community through music and to gain the
confidence to change their own lives and shape their future.

Through their Signatur Programme, The Karlsson Játiva Charitable
Foundation has made a sizeable investment in In Harmony from

2024-2027. Their support is focussed on the development and
expansion of Liverpool Philharmonic’s activity for 11–18-year-olds
which was launched in 2022 and includes Youth Hubs and Talent

               Development.

Through their support, In Harmony will continue to use the uniting
power of music to make a sustained, significant impact on the
