A drone has captured amazing pictures of Cunard's Queen Anne ship ahead of
its naming ceremony in Liverpool today.

The new £600m ship arrived at Liverpool's Pier Head this morning (June 3)

for a day of free celebrations. The naming ceremony - a moment that is

signified by the smashing of a bottle of Champagne against the ship - will

begin at 4pm and will include a performance from legendary tenor Andrea
               Bocelli.

Peter Wright used his drone to take stunning images of the Queen Anne this

morning, which show the impressive ship docked on the Mersey.

The ship's naming ceremony will be hosted by former Busted musician Matt

Willis and his wife Emma. The evening entertainment will begin at 8.30pm,
including a DJ set from Craig Charles as well as a performance from

the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. At 10.15pm, Queen Anne will

depart from Liverpool to a backdrop of fireworks.
