The Gramophone Classical Music Awards 2024 were announced in London on 2 October in an
awards ceremony celebrating recordings, artists and labels of the past year.
US violinist Hilary Hahn received one of the top prizes of Recording of the Year for her album
of Ysaÿe’s solo violin sonatas on Deutsche Grammophon. The album was also the winner of the
Instrumental category.
