phenomenal Nicola Benedetti for a long time, and have shared with her the precious
role of ambassador for the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain – a role close to
the hearts of all of those who support young talent as they take their first steps in this
profession.

I am particularly looking forward to catching Nicola in her double-violin interactions
with another brilliant violinist – Alina Ibragimova – in the meditative Concerti in D
minor by Vivaldi and Bach.
