You've got to be some kind of ultra-picky fusspot not to find Tower Bridge one of

the world's most beautiful bridges.

But there's plenty of other bridges along the River Thames that are just a bit,
well, drab.

Tourists are hardly likely to be heard exclaiming: "I just had to come to London
to see Waterloo Bridge in person."

Perhaps we need to think again, though, as five bridges in Central London have
just been lit up as part of a major art project to brighten up the river.
