For your safety and to conform to fire regulations, only those with seats will be allowed to remain in
meeting rooms. Because of the fire codes, it will be necessary to ask any person standing or sitting
on the floor to leave the room. Please plan your schedule so that you will have an alternative session
in case your first choice is filled. The student page volunteers will close the doors to session rooms
when all chairs are occupied. Thank you for adhering to the seating capacity for each room!

Professional Development Certificate Renewal Credits

SCCTM Conference certificate renewal credits are issued under Option #10 of the South Carolina
Certificate Renewal Plan. Be sure to keep up with times and titles of the sessions that you attend.
At the end of each session, the presenter will share a code with participants to be used to obtain
the certificate for that session. A link will be provided to each attendee by email after the
conference, in order to obtain certificates of attendance as proof of individual session
attendance. One hour of certificate renewal credit is available for visiting the exhibitors. Please
obtain this code from the SCCTM Booth in the exhibit hall. Each participant is expected to keep
up with their attendance.

Lunch 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Vouchers for a Buffet Lunch including a beverage will be provided for Thursday and/or
Friday, along with your conference materials when you check in at the registration desk.
In order to obtain your lunch, please present your voucher when you enter the luncheon
area of the Conference Hall. Seating at tables will be available for lunch with extra lunch
seating at tables outside and on benches inside the Convention Center. NO FOOD MAY
BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE THE CONFERENCE CENTER.
