I was so very hungry, and tired on
This day... Then I found a cottage,

And it was there I wished to stay.

This house was all alone,
That didn’t seem quite right...

But I decided to enter, before

The wolves came out at night.

I knocked on the door, but no

One answered back... So I opened

Up the door, but only just a crack.

The house was kind of messy,

It needed a woman’s touch...

That might take a bit of work,

But maybe not too much.

There were seven plates at the table,

And they looked really neat...

I was so very hungry and I
Just needed something I could eat.
