W International provides you with a Health Spending Account option if enrolled in the HDHP
                plan through isolved Benefit Services. HSAs provide you with an important tax advantage that
                can help you pay health care expenses on a pre- tax basis. By anticipating your family’s health
                care costs for the next year, you can lower your taxable income. You may choose to
                participate in this option, depending on your individual needs.

                PLEASE NOTE: You cannot have both an HSA and a standard Health Care FSA.


                Health Savings Account

               This program allows W International employees to pay for certain IRS-approved medical,
               prescription, dental, and vision care expenses not covered by the insurance plan with pre-tax
               dollars. For more information about eligible medical expenses, please refer to IRS Publication 502,
               Medical and Dental Expenses, available at www.irs.gov/publications/p502/index.html.

               The annual maximum amount you may contribute to the Health Savings Account is listed below
               per calendar year. Features of this plan include:
                    •   Plan Year: 01/01/2024 - 12/31/2024
                    •   Annual Maximum Election:

                               •  Individual: $4,150
                               •  Family: $8,300
                               •  55 or older: $1,000 additional annually

                    •  Funds are available to use only when deposited into the HSA account
                    •  Balances are not subject to “use it or lose it”
