It explains how to access each module, outlines their primary functions, and highlights how your dashboard and available tools are personalized based on your role. Overview of Modules1.Log into Insight and view the Dashboard. The Dashboard displays all available modules. 2.On the Dashboard you will seethe Agreements, Disclosures, Humans andManage Profiles and Security modules. These are the Phase 1 modules going live first at Emory. 3.To access a module from the Dashboard, click the module%u2019s iconor name. You can also use the navigation menuon the left to select the desired module.Agreements%u2022The Agreements module is aworkspace for creating and managing contracts, both pre-and post-award.%u2022Use Agreements to create items likeconfidentiality agreements, data use agreements, material transfer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, unfunded grant agreements and external activities. %u2022Agreements also supportscontract creation, routing, review and approval. Disclosures%u2022TheDisclosures moduleisa workspace to manage conflict-of-interest disclosures and more. %u2022Use Disclosuresto complete annual disclosures, external activity updates, significant financial interest disclosuresand travel expense disclosures.%u2022Keep your compliance profile up to date year-round. Humans%u2022The Humans module is a hub for human subjects research documentation. %u2022Use Humansto access and manage IRB approval letters, consent forms, study staff listsandprotocol attachments. %u2022Humans is usedfor grant submissions, sponsor requests and general study tracking.
