Reich&Petch lead the program to work with the Town of Halton Hills to facilitate an analysis of the existing Georgetown Gallery, and explore options for the expansion and redevelopment to create
a new Cultural Centre.
The study included an invited group of community stakeholders to participate in developing the program of needs and overall goals for the facility. The purpose was to establish the project scope for municipal approvals and fund-raising.
The project was the design of an integrated cultural arts centre. A vision study included stakeholder consultation with civic leaders, community members, and key user groups as well as spatial analysis, design, visualization, and the development of a project program and budget estimates.
