Task 17. Steering Committee Meeting
- We will convene a final Steering Committee meeting to discuss the Recommended Phased Growth Plan Option Repot
- Based upon this meeting the Report will be revised and modified as required

municipal Council, to potential funders, etc.)
This work plan envisages four meetings with the client (at the kick-off, as well as at the end of each of the three phases) with one representative from each firm in attendance.
3. Proposed Project Timing and Schedule
The Gantt chart on the following page shows the sequence of tasks involved in the project. In your Terms of Reference you had suggested that the work should be complete within 8 weeks of project initiation; in our experience this would be too rushed to allow for the kind of consultation required, and therefore have proposed a three-month (12 week) timeframe instead.
Assuming a start to the work at the end of February, then, the work would be completed at the end of May.
Another possibility that we would be prepared to entertain and would wish to discuss with you would be to delay the start of the work until (say) May, so that the public survey element (discussed above as an optional task) would have a better chance of obtaining input from seasonal residents and cottagers. This could enhance the overall representativeness of the findings.
