Expenses will be essentially zero. It is assumed that lockdown conditions will prevail over much of the project, so travel expenses will not be incurred. Any other costs (such as large scale printouts of diagrams or drawings and renderings that you may wish to use for fundraising purposes) would be negotiated separately, over and above this fee amount.
