Leadership Institutes

Institutes will be provided for Chapter Presidents, Area Directors and Financial Officers. Since this is an election
year and new officers will be coming on board, basic information needed for the execution of your chapter role will

be provided in each of these Institutes. These Institutes are for current and future leaders in Top Ladies of Distinc-
tion, Inc.

First Timers Meeting
This meeting will provide an overview of the conference to all first-time attendees.

Community Beautification Nature Walk
This is a perfect way to start the day off with a brisk walk or a leisurely stroll, your choice. Please join the Commu-
nity Beautification Committee in this endeavor. An inside option will be provided in case of inclement weather.

TTA Advisors Institute
This training is for all current and future TTA Advisors. All service to youth participants are encouraged to attend.

Committee Meetings
These meetings are held to give committee members an opportunity to have actual face-to-face time as they strate-
gize for the implementation of the duties and tasks associated with their office.

Leadership and External Workshops
These workshops are provided for continued TLOD education and personal development. There are two leader-
ship workshops centered around membership recruitment, retention and succession planning and four self-help
personal development workshops.

A-TEAAM Training
This training is for anyone whose chapter is interested in sponsoring an A-TEAAM.

Talent Show
This much talked about event provides the Teens, Ladies and Lords an opportunity to share their talents.

Host Night - Welcome to St. Louis
You are invited to join the South Cluster of Area III as they JAM in the STL Roaring 20's Style. Put on your favor-
ite shake dress, zoot suit, feathers, etc. and Meet us in St. Louis.

Honorary Induction and Memorial Service
Please join us as we induct two honorary members and memorialize our deceased Ladies, Teens and Lords.

Ecumenical Breakfast
We will be having church as the TLOD Choir host a Gospel Concert. In addition, one of our own will be return-
ing to provide us with spiritual food for the soul.
